We are now looking for a Development Officer to join our People and Place team, supporting the delivery of United Action and the School Sport and Activity Sector Partnership (SSASP).In this role, you will play a key part in connecting partners across education, sport and youth sectors, helping to coordinate a shared approach to improving outcomes for young people. You will support the planning and delivery of SSASP activity, working closely with national and local stakeholders to bring programmes to life, facilitate collaboration, and share learning across the sector. You will also contribute to pilot projects that test new approaches, ensuring that insight and impact are captured and used to inform wider work.You will help drive forward inclusive practice, ensuring that diverse voices, particularly those of young people, are represented and embedded in project design and delivery. From coordinating action groups and events, to managing reporting processes and supporting communication activity, your work will help strengthen partnerships and increase the reach and impact of this important agenda.We are looking for someone with experience of managing or supporting multiple projects, ideally within education, sport, or youth settings, who is highly organised and confident working with a range of stakeholders. You will be a clear communicator, able to build relationships, coordinate activity, and adapt to changing priorities.
