This is an exciting opportunity to shape the sporting experience of our pupils, promote participation and excellence, and play a key role in the continued development of sport within a thriving school community.The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree and have experience coaching sport at both team and individual levels, alongside a proven ability to coordinate fixtures and competitive sporting programmes. They will possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of current sporting provision within schools, and the ability to inspire young people through energy, enthusiasm and leadership. An earlier start date may be available should a suitable candidate be found with an earlier start date. Working an average of 44 hours per week during term time, the role requires a flexible approach to working hours in order to meet the needs of the College.
