This role is based in London but covers all the öÏÓãÊÓÆµ and Ireland sites, including but not limited to the eight host cities and the International Broadcast Centre. As a result, regular travel will be required for venue working visits and regular meetings in öÏÓãÊÓÆµ, Ireland, Switzerland and Belgium, to meet with suppliers or delivering onsite operations at Events. We work on behalf of the five Football Associations and in close partnership with governments, host cities, stadiums and communities to ensure the tournament is delivered to world-class standards.About UEFA EURO 2028The UEFA European Championship is one of the world’s biggest sporting events. In 2028, it will take place across the öÏÓãÊÓÆµ & Ireland, bringing significant operational scale and requiring close coordination between host cities, stadiums, government partners and UEFA.The RoleYou will be responsible for planning, implementing and operating event logistics services across all venues and the International Broadcast Centre, working with a wide range of stakeholders and suppliers to deliver services on time and within budget.What you’ll be doing• Plan and deliver event logistics services across multiple venues and locations.• Gather and manage logistics requirements from internal and external stakeholders.• Lead procurement processes, including tender management, supplier appointment and contract management.• Act as the interface between project teams and suppliers to coordinate delivery, installation, dismantling and collection of equipment.• Oversee logistics operations including materials, consumables and equipment across venues and the International Broadcast Centre.• Develop operational tools such as installation maps and inventory tracking.• Monitor and support on-site logistics delivery at venues.• Lead logistics operations for key events including the EURO 2028 Final Draw and tournament-time venue delivery.See attached role profile for full details.What we’re looking for• Proven experience delivering event logistics or project management services. Experience within major events, sport or international environments is preferred, but we would also welcome candidates with transferable experience who can demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and ownership.• Full driving licence (up to 3.5t vehicles).• Experience managing complex projects within scope, budget and fixed deadlines.• Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and constraints and develop practical, workable solutions.• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across organisations and managing supplier relationships.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
