Player Development Manager Organisation The Rugby Players Association Salary £36-40,000 Location Remote with a requirement for regular öÏÓãÊÓƵ travel to clubs and RPA team meetings (varied locations) Contract type (Full time) Closing date 30 March 2026 Job Description The RPA is looking to appoint two Player Development Managers (PDM) to work with PREM rugby clubs based in the South West.The role of the PDM is to manage the delivery and progress of Gain Line - the RPA national personal development and wellbeing programme - across two allocated PREM Rugby clubs, with a focus on player wellbeing, personal development and career transition. You will be part of our dedicated team of PDMs providing tailored guidance from the Senior Academy through to retirement, structured around our five pillars: Wellbeing, Education, Career, Finance, and Transition.You will need to have excellent communication skills the ability to build relationships quickly with players, club officials and external businesses.
