As a Rally Together London tennis coach trainee, you鈥檒l support the coaching team in delivering junior and adult group sessions while also taking on some off-court admin duties, giving you broad experience across the role.This is an 鈥渆arn while you learn鈥 opportunity, with a weekly wage and fully funded LTA coaching and officiating qualifications. You鈥檒l also receive ongoing professional development, hands-on experience, and mentoring from an experienced LTA coach. The role can fit around work or study and has room to grow as you develop. Note: You do not need to have experience in playing tennis to apply for a traineeship although a willingness to learn and improve your tennis playing ability is welcomed.This role is supported by the LTA and Mayor of London through the Rally Together London project. Comprehensive Coach Education package including fully funded bespoke LTA Assistant tennis coaching qualifications, in-person LTA Activator training, and competition organiser trainingGuidance and mentoring to support with completion of LTA qualifications and additional professional development opportunities and experiences tailored on trainee interestInspirational opportunities to attend major tennis events Key Responsibilities On-Court ActivitySupported delivery of Barclays Free Park Tennis, junior and adult group coaching, school and community taster sessions, holiday camps, matchplay, meet-and-greet events, competitions, Barclays Big Tennis Weekend open days, and inclusive tennis sessions.Off -Court ActivityManaging registers and attendance, overseeing ball and equipment storage, supporting the creation of promotional and digital content, promoting programmes to schools and community groups, coordinating club events and social functions, distributing venue newsletters, and running fundraising initiatives to support venue development - dependent on the successful candidates age, qualifications and experience.Person Specification Candidates must be aged 16+ and have the right to work in the 鱿鱼视频, with a satisfactory LTA criminal record check.
