We鈥檙e looking for event crew to join our Event Operations Team putting on events across the
鱿鱼视频. This is a freelance role that involves travel to event sites across the season. We are looking for outgoing and hardworking individuals to assist in the set-up and delivery of both our Spartan and Tough Mudder events. This is an independent contractor role reporting to a member of our Event Operations team. You will be part of our live event team with a variety of different roles available over the course of the event.

The Work:

鈼� Attend assigned events and manage an aspect of the event on site. (eg, bag drop, finish, start line, course section)
鈼� Actively engage with our participants to help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our events
鈼� Management of volunteers assigned to your area over the weekend
鈼� Assist in the pre-event build process and post-event breakdown of the event village or course
鈼� Provide the Event Operations team with feedback on challenges, experiences or improvements that can be made at the end of each event
鈼� Complete inventory of stock where required
鈼� Adhering to event safety standards

鈼� Demonstrable experience in assisting to deliver mass participation events
鈼� Strong communicator and solution focussed
鈼� Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
鈼� Team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
鈼� Ability to work independently and without supervision
鈼� Willingness to travel and work long days in all weather conditions
鈼� Passionate about first class delivery of fun and creative events
鈼� Hard-working nature and someone who doesn鈥檛 mind getting their hands dirty!

The Experience:

鈼� Mass participation event experience (preferable)
鈼� Confidence in managing large groups of participants / volunteers or spectators
鈼� Capabilities in managing staff of varying skills and backgrounds

Requirements:

鈼� Right to work in the 鱿鱼视频
鈼� Valid 鱿鱼视频 driver's license
鈼� Own transport (preferred)
