London Broncos Women Team Manager Organisation London Broncos Foundation Salary Negotiable Location London & South-East Contract type Fixed Term (Part time) Closing date 6 April 2026 Job Description Role Overview:The London Broncos Women is the Women’s team of the leading rugby league club in the South of England. Having come top of the Championship last year the team are looking to go one better this year and earn promotion into the Super League for 2027.The Team Manager of London Broncos Women will Manage all Match Day activities for the team, both Home and Away, as well as some Administrative during the week, including Player Registrations, Opposition Liaison and Travel Management.The successful candidate will work closely with the London Broncos Women’s Coaching team, the London Broncos Director of Rugby and the London Broncos Foundation. This will be a fantastic time to join London Broncos Women as the Club rebuilds into a major rugby league force. ________________________________________Key Responsibilities• MATCHDAY LOGISTICS- work closely with the head coach on player timings & schedule• HOME MATCH MANAGEMENT – Manage the overall event at Home Matches, including crowd management and revenue generation• KIT- Management of training kit and playing kit• EQUIPMENT- Ensure the team is fully resourced and equipment for game days and training incl. water bottles, supplements, balls, shields & other equipment • CONTACT- Main point of contact for opposition teams through the week and on game days• TRAVEL- Liaise with coach travel companies & club ops manager to arrange travel logistics for away games• TRAINING- Liaise with Director of Rugby to arrange training logistics and food at training base• SOCIAL MEDIA – manage Social Media for both Home & Away matches as well as periodic training sessions. • RUGBY ADMIN - managing player registrations, game day team sheets and any other general rugby admin.________________________________________Personal Specification• Highly enthusiastic about the development of London Broncos Women• Ability to work in and across a multidisciplinary team • Strong communicator• Highly punctual, organised and reliable• Able to generate voluntary income from a Match Day crowd• Ability to cover all Match Days, both Home & Away, plus midweek evening training sessions as appropriate How to apply Please send a CV and brief covering letter outlining your suitability for the role to foundation@londonbroncosrl.com.
