The work of the ِدسمتسئµ and Institute (â€کِدسمتسئµS&I’) Board is supported by a number of Panels, each chaired by a Board Member and each having a membership comprising both Board Members and other individuals of relevant expertise and experience.
The full Board ratifies all appointments to Panels, which report and make recommendations to Board as appropriate, helping to develop policy and advise on key areas of business.
Major Events Panel
The Major Events Investment and Assurance Panel is a committee of and specialist advisory body to the ِدسمتسئµ and Institute Board and its Major Events Team.
Its main purposes are to make major event investment recommendations to the ِدسمتسئµ and Institute Board; and to provide assurance to the ِدسمتسئµ and Institute Board on the operational and delivery progress and the management of identified risks, both to the success of the event and the achievement of ِدسمتسئµ objectives. This may occur outside of the formal meeting schedule.

Remuneration and Nominations Panel
The Remuneration and Nominations Committee has a key role to play in overseeing the recruitment, remuneration, employment terms and conditions and severance of the of Senior Executives across ِدسمتسئµ and ِدسمتسئµSI.
The Committee oversees the structure and size of the Boards of ِدسمتسئµ and Institute and ِدسمتسئµ Institute and is responsible for nominations, as well as reviewing the leadership needs of the organisations.

Group Audit and Risk Committee
The ِدسمتسئµ and Institute Board has established a Group Audit and Risk Committee to support them and the Board of the ِدسمتسئµs Institute (ِدسمتسئµSI) in their respective responsibilities for issues of risk, financial control and governance.ج
The Group Audit and Risk Committee will review and provide advice to the Boards, and if appropriate the Accounting Officers of both ِدسمتسئµ and ِدسمتسئµSI, on the comprehensiveness, reliability and integrity of assurances provided.ج
The Group Audit and Risk Committee will also oversee the assurances provided from other Special Purpose Vehicles within the ِدسمتسئµ Group if applicable.

Group Data, Digital and AI Committee
The Group Data, Digital and AI Committee oversees the Data Digital and AI strategy, it’s implementation and associated risks.
It is aimed at providing focused oversight and expert advice on the delivery of the agreed Data, Digital and AI (DDAI) Strategy for the high-performance system and ensure effective, agile and timely delivery of the strategy.
It will provide confidence to the Executives and the Boards that the strategy is being implemented effectively and in line with best practice governance expectations, aligned to the public sector.
It will also help ensure that ِدسمتسئµ and Institute is harnessing in full, at pace and with agility the opportunities presented by the use of DDAI, accelerating delivery of System Reform objectives for LA2028 and beyond.
